[WSBAPT] Waiver of Notice of Filing of Declaration of Completion

Fellow listservees:

Decedent's Will provides that if a certain beneficiary has not reached a certain age, the beneficiary's share is to be distributed to a testamentary trust until they reach the required age. Assume beneficiary is a competent adult but has not yet reached the required age. Do you ask the beneficiary to sign a Waiver of Notice of Filing Declaration of Completion of Probate in addition to the trustee of the testamentary trust or do you only have the trustee sign a waiver?
