required age. Assume beneficiary is a competent adult but has not yet reached the required age. Do you ask the beneficiary to sign a Waiver of Notice of Filing Declaration of Completion of Probate in addition to the trustee of the testamentary trust or do
you only have the trustee sign a waiver? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
