[WSBAPT] Problem with KeyBank IRA

Not knowing the answer but tossing the idea out -

is it possible to still log into the social security portal to get a screen
grab/print showing the name? Otherwise, I agree with Diane that getting a
simple ex-parte order saying Susan Smith is really Rebecca Susan Smith and
ordering Key Bank to stop being jerks and transfer the money.

Yes - I am that petty, I look for slight and subtle ways for the Court
order to point out how ridiculous they are....all within the bounds of the
RPC's and applicable laws, of course.

This is one of those things that drives me nuts about our laws - they are
toothless to people/entities that fail to follow them which requires the
individual and their attorney to waste time and money even though the law
is on your side.
