[WSBAPT] referral to Vancouver area attorney for California attorney

Jonathan Thompson, an attorney in the Bay Area (copied on this email), contacted me for help in transferring real property in Vancouver, WA, to the remainder beneficiary of a trust following the death of the trustor, as warranted under Washington law and practice (sounds like they do it differently in CA than we do).  I told him I would try to find him an attorney in the Vancouver area, since handling it from Skagit County would likely not be as straight-forward.  (Long way from here to the auditor's office for recording. :)
