[WSBAPT] Spokane County Clerk/Closing Probates

Thanks – it’s fairly normal here but typically the attorney of record gets notice and in the 3 cases below the attorneys are saving they never got the notice that it would close.  I’m getting a little suspicious 😉

This used to be the norm in King County, all we had to do was file something or request updated letters for it to be re-opened.

I just recently heard of the 3rd probate closing by the court clerk in 2020 where the proper people involved state that they never received the 30 day notice which gives one the opportunity to explain why the estate is still open and more time is needed.

Anyone else seeing this.
