<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">I just recently heard of the 3<sup>rd</sup> probate closing by the court clerk in 2020 where the proper people involved state that they never received the 30 day notice which gives one the opportunity to explain
why the estate is still open and more time is needed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
