[WSBAPT] Agent for absentee distributee - bond question

Happy Labor Day all,

For the bond that is required to be given for an absentee distributee under
RCW 11.76.210, must this bond come from the decedent's estate before
distributions to the rest of the heirs, or can this be deducted later from
the absentee's share of unclaimed funds, whether or not they are claimed?
Or is this decision up to the Administrator?
