One thing you learn quickly is that each County Treasurer's office, and indeed each employee therein, will have a separate list of contradictory requirements for filling out a REETA. I long ago came to terms with the fact that I'm going to get rejected the first time or two I submit a REETA.

Does anyone have a trick for dealing with the situation where the grantor's names don't fit on the REETA. Use an attachment? Is there a way to force a font size change that I haven't figured out?



Any help with this relatively mundane, but frustrating issue is appreciated.
