[WSBAPT] California probate attorney to assist with RE property transfer

I need to find a California attorney, probate, who can assist with a property sale of California property in probate.  Property is in Sacramento, CA.
WA probate open and Administrator niece appointed.  Only asset is 1/3 interest in commercial RE in California.  All other assets were placed into a trust before death.
The niece owns 2/3 of the RE and the aunt who died owned 1/3 interest.  The niece wants to purchase the 1/3 interest from the Aunt's estate.  All heirs are in agreement.
