[WSBAPT] Avoiding mortgage payments during probate

Dear Listmates,

I hope everyone had a restful long weekend and a wonderful Thanksgiving for
those who observe the holiday.

I have a question about payments to a mortgage during probate. Does anyone
have ideas, arguments, or strategies for avoiding mortgage payments during
the pendency of probate where the lender has said it "is not their policy"
to grant a forbearance during probate?
