[WSBAPT] Commercial foreclosure resources

Hello all,

I am looking for some guidance. I have been contacted by a client who is a beneficiary of a commercial deed of trust. He would like to commence a non-judicial foreclosure. It has been a few years since I last handled a foreclosure. It is my understanding that some of the laws have changed, not as much for commercial foreclosures. I read the updated statutes and have a decent sense as to the changes However, I would like to be more clear as to the process. To that end, I am hopeful that someone can point me in the direction of or share some resources that could provide me with guidance related to the current status of the law, forms, etc related to the foreclosure process.
