I have been contacted by a client who is a beneficiary of a commercial deed of trust. He would like to commence a non-judicial foreclosure. It has been a few years since I last handled a foreclosure. It is my understanding that some of the laws have changed, not as much for commercial foreclosures. I read the updated statutes and have a decent sense as to the changes However, I would like to be more clear as to the process.
