[WSBAPT] BECU and POA

For me it’s the fact that there certification requires my entire PII portfolio and 11.125.430 has nothing about requiring me to give my entire set of information. in a day and age where security breaches happen regularly, i do not provide my SSN to people who don’t need it. 

would be interested if anyone has any other legal requirement that a certification of POA is permitted to seek information outside that of the statute.
