I can’t advise anyone about Arizona law, but the internet seems to believe Arizona allows a transfer on death deed.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Simplified probate in Arizona??

I have some H&W clients coming in who are interested in an intervivos trust because they have a residence in both arizona and washington states.
I have done this but I generally don’t recommend those trusts unless it would avoid an unnecessary out of state probate.
When the first spouse dies in Arizona is there a simple and inexpensive procedure to get the title in the SS’s name?
Thanks
