I serve as PR for deceased defendant and plaintiff cases all the time if you want to email me directly. I have been told by judges Washington has no limited capacity PR appointments and you need to do the minimum work required in all estates.

Mike, were you appointed only in a limited capacity? If not, I would think your duties would be as usual.

Best,

Passenger sues deceased driver and appoints self as PR. Decedent's insurer objects to conflict so I am appointed PR from list. Plaintiff Atty suggests that my role in litigation is limited. Anyone have some resources /direction as to what the duties of a PR would be in these circumstances? Thanks Mike
