I serve as PR for deceased defendant and plaintiff cases all the time if you want to email me directly. I have been told by judges Washington has no limited capacity PR appointments and you need to do the minimum work required in all estates. </div>

my role in litigation is limited. Anyone have some resources /direction as to what the duties of a PR would be in these circumstances? Thanks Mike </span></p>
