[WSBAPT] Question re mortgage

Dear Listmates,

Can anyone advise me on what will happen to the mortgage, after the real
property is transferred to a beneficiary upon death?  A young married
couple owns a real property jointly with the right of survivorship, but the
mortgage is under the husband's name only. I am trying to find out what may
happen to the mortgage if the husband is the one to die first.

Any guidance/direction/advice would be deeply appreciated!
