Lol.  Expect a contested hearing.  The issues will be whether the acts of
the PR met the standard of care and whether the questions of every move
exceed the standards of reasonable advocacy.

Basically, you are asking the court to punish the questioning heir who, if
punished, will likely turn against their lawyer.  See Trask v Butler for an
object lesson on how to turn a client against their lawyer.

 

Worth it for large sums and extreme behavior.  Otherwise, I'd skip it and
move on.

Listmates, Where estate attorney fees are increased several thousand dollars
due to an heir with counsel who questioned the non-intervention PR's every
move, can the PR "allocate" estate fees devoted to that heir's issues only
to her share of the estate? Input appreciated.
