[WSBAPT] estate fees

We just finished a multi-year fight where we represented nonintervention PR
and one heir caused a significant amount of extra work.  We closed with a
decree instead of declaration of completion and the court approved charging
the one heir for the extra time caused.

Listmates, Where estate attorney fees are increased several thousand dollars
due to an heir with counsel who questioned the non-intervention PR's every
move, can the PR "allocate" estate fees devoted to that heir's issues only
to her share of the estate? Input appreciated.
