[WSBAPT] Deed question

I have clients who bought their house prior to marriage. They now want to
transfer the house to their revocable living trust.

Is it necessary to do two deeds: the first from them as unmarried
individuals to them as community property w/ right of survivorship; then a
second deed to the RLT?
