[WSBAPT] TOD on Shared Forest Land

Greetings List -
I have a client who has a 50% ownership in designated forestland (RCW
84.33) and is wanting to establish a TODD. I have reviewed both 84.33 and
64.80 and I am not seeing any prohibition on doing this.
Would love to hear thoughts or cautionary tales. Just because it is a 50/50
ownership with a non-family member and because it is not your regular
single family home - just wanted to check the brain trust.
