I agree that seeking records from WSP is the only way to get a  
guaranteed accurate history for the state of Washington.
 
I have used White pages to search for criminal history. It will  
automatically do a Nationwide search for you. It isn’t necessarily  
accurate though. I’ve had White Pages identify felony history that was  
unexpected but WAS accurate.  I’ve also had it miss DUI’s in  
Washington that I knew, for a fact, existed.   
 
So, one option is to do a search through a company like White Pages,  
Been Verified, Truthfinder, etc.  Those searches are dirt cheap, like  
$19.00 or so.  You will get a history of past addresses (or possible  
addresses).  You can then seek info directly from each state where  
your report says the person has lived.
 
You can also pay a reputable investigator to do the search for you.  
  I’ve had ABC Legal search for bank accounts for me and they are able  
to come up with information.  I don’t know how they do it but they  
have done it….  So, I’m sure  ABC Legal could do a felony search for  
you.
