Subject: [WSBAPT] Amended and Restated Trust- Deed Question

H&W had revocable trust. H has passed. Trust remains revocable. W is going to perform a complete amendment and restatement and also add son as co-trustee. Does anyone prepare a new deed to reflect the change of trustees and the restatement?
