Subject: [WSBAPT] DFI and Trustees

I can't seem to find the statute which distinguishes between lay trustees (not regulated by DFI) and a professional trustee (who needs to register with DFI). My brief review of 30B and 11.98 are not finding it.

Can someone point me in the right direction. This is following a query from a PC about establishing a PLLC and operating as trustee.
