[WSBAPT] Real estate attorney needed

Hello all. A friend of mine in Gig Harbor wants to loan his son a large sum
for a home remodel, and wants the son to be able to deduct interest paid.
His accountant has advised that the loan would have to be secured by the
house in order for interest to be deductible.  I would like to provide him
