I have used a form called Affidavit of Loss/in Lieu of Title that is available on the DOL website. I would also call the local licensing office to check what supporting documentation is needed.

I have two probates with mobile homes sitting on the properties for many years.  As Administrator, I want to sell the mobile with the land.
I have no titles and want to know if there is a way to obtain "lost" titles and submit for title elimination.
I have submitted a public disclosure request to the Department of Licensing for title information and await a response.

Besides having to file a Quiet Title action, anyone have other ways to get this accomplished?  No one will be claiming these mobiles but may be liens.

Most mobile homes have a "plate" attached to it that contains the necessary
information to allow you to apply for a lost title.  I know these plates can
be destroyed or disfigured, but has anyone looked for it?
