I have two probates with mobile homes sitting on the properties for many years. As Administrator, I want to sell the mobile with the land.<br>
I have no titles and want to know if there is a way to obtain "lost" titles and submit for title elimination.<br>
I have submitted a public disclosure request to the Department of Licensing for title information and await a response.<br>
<br>
Besides having to file a Quiet Title action, anyone have other ways to get this accomplished? No one will be claiming these mobiles but may be liens.<br>

Most mobile homes have a "plate" attached to it that contains the necessary<br>
information to allow you to apply for a lost title. I know these plates can<br>
be destroyed or disfigured, but has anyone looked for it?<br>
