[WSBAPT] Quiet Title to Mobile Home

Has anyone had to file an action to quiet title ownership in a mobile home to an estate where both previous and existing owners are deceased? If so, was it a similar process to a piece of actual real property and is there any benefit to filing in district court rather than superior court? 

Any guidance is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
