[WSBAPT] Shared Domestic Well Dispute

First, I would check the title reports of both (or all) properties to see if there is any reference to a title exception (not necessarily from a recorded document) regarding any type of condition or encroachment. Then, I would contact the licensing agency in the county for wells, probably the health department, and check their records concerning the well permit to see if there is anything that mentions the well being shared as such arrangements require approval from such an agency when well permits are granted and may include other provisions regarding maintenance, repair, etc.
