[WSBAPT] Client with Danish Assets

[Brent Williams-Ruth]

Greetings List - 

I have a probate matter where my Decedent was of dual citizenry with Denmark. The Danish court needs a formal order of some sort indicating that the Danish assets are not part of the Washington process. 

I have never had this come up with any of my other dual citizen probates as those countries knew the limits of the Washington Letters Testamentary. 

Ideas?
