[WSBAPT] Referral for Purchase of Private Water Utility

Hello all,

A client of mine is looking for an attorney who could help members of a private water utility to purchase that utility and turn it into a non-profit. I have done this for smaller systems but not larger utilities and would appreciate any referrals.
