[WSBAPT] Fence and Boundy Acknowledgment Agreement

A relative of mine and a neighbor are going to jointly pay for the installation of property on neighbor's property and it will be set in about 4-5 feet on neighbor's property due to trees.  Anyone have a sample agreement that acknowledges no adverse possession and terms that address fence issues, such as repairs?
