Private Wealth Services Associate in the Portland Office

The Portland office of Holland & Knight is seeking a 3-8 year associate for its Private Wealth Services Practice. The associate's practice will focus on an array of business succession, estate planning, tax and business transaction matters.  The Portland PWS practice includes succession and tax planning for individuals and businesses, including corporate, LLC, partnership and estate planning for closely-held and family-owned businesses.  The applicant must have relevant work experience, excellent academic credentials and strong document drafting skills.  Holland & Knight's Private Wealth Services Group and its Portland office possess a collegial atmosphere and the firm provides its attorneys with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement. *             3+ years of experience
*             Member of or willingness to take Oregon Bar required; Washington and/or California Bar a plus.
