[WSBAPT] Life in general

My two cents on this timely topic:

The essential questions that must be answered (besides your personal moral
code) for retirement are:
1) A man or a woman has to be somewhere? Where is that going to be?
2) You have to have something interesting to do with your time. What will
that be?
3) We are social creatures so we must have at least a minimal social life
after the "legal career" which kept us plenty socialized. Who do you want
to see?

Oh, of course, the money has to work.

Three years ago I bought a home in Guanajuato Mexico and we spend five or
six months each year there. They call it "jubilacion" here.
Jubilation!!! The distance working that I was doing blended in with the
Covid constraints and now I am like everyone else. (What a concept.) Life
in the mountains of colonial old Mexico for the winter is pretty sweet.
Look at the city of Guanajuato if you want to find the "Jewel of Mexico".
And, of course, life in Cascadia for the spring, summer and fall is pretty
sweet, too. Boating in the San Juans seems to be the next move for us, to
go along with car camping.

My theory has been to enjoy life and don't wait too long. Intuition
sometimes leads better than rationality. Put them both together, and
listen to both, and hallelujah. Life is good.
