Not unless local rule requires more. King County ex parte department wants 14 days minimum. As you say, it's not a TEDRA judicial proceeding, so the 20 days under RCW 11.96A.110 should not apply.

Subject: [WSBAPT] notice of hearing to probate copy of will

I need to send to heirs - beneficiaries in a will a motion to probate a copy of the will.  Can't for several reasons get a TEDRA.
I see in 11.68.041 that a notice for nonintervention powers (which this also will be) takes a 10 day notice.
Anyone think a longer notice is required for this?
