 DPOA question re: AIF

DPOA provides that husband shall be AIF if principal becomes incapacitated.
During incapacity, DSHS APS finds that husband has abused principal
mentally, emotionally and financially. What is the most direct way to
remove husband as AIF so that successor AIF takes over? Can the Court enter
such an Order in a VAPO proceeding?

Sincerely,

Tom
