Laurel -

I don't think we will know if they work yet since none of them will have
expired until 12/31 if issued after the new Proclamation. So I'm telling my
clients "who knows if this will work - they could change the laws mid
notice or even after the notice expires anyway.  But, hey, pay my bill
anyway." ;)
