[WSBAPT] King County Ex Parte via the clerk filing issues?

I haven't had to do Ex Parte specifically, but we've tried twice today to get copies of documents via the Records and Research Requests portal, and each time it has frozen when we tried to checkout and pay. Ultimately we haven't been successful getting the docs. Going to try again tomorrow.

Anyone else encountering difficulty E-filing, ex parte via the clerk today? Its feeling like it's a "could be me" type of day but I'm curious...

I continue to get all the way through and when I select the option to pay it says, "An error has occurred. You will need to return to the Homepage<https://dja-efsp.kingcounty.gov/EFiling/BrowserSupport/NotIEMenu.aspx?id=mnuHome&url=~/Logon/Home.aspx> and start over."

Frustrating and of course, time is somewhat of the essence on this one.
