[WSBAPT] Transfer Documentation with a PR and a Trustee

Greetings List -

I have an Island County transfer of real property.  Home is owned by the
Decedent and the Previously Deceased Spousal Exclusionary Trust.  Recent
deceased exercised the power of appointment to the person who is also
acting as the PR.

For e-filing with King County, I just scan the Letters along with the
REETA. Because this is a PR and the Successor Trustee - should I also
include the exercise of the power of appointment? This is new in both
recording for Island County and for where it is someone acting as both PR
and Trustee.
