You can use a Florida RON Notary since client is a US citizen. Let me know if you want to go that route and I can recommend a couple of attorneys that can assist you.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Notarization from Bali?

Colleagues,

An American client living in Bali, Indonesia needs to sign an Oath of PR. Because of Corona, the American embassy is closed until further notice. Indonesian notary is available. Will this suffice?

Thanks for any guidance you can offer.

Regards,

Felicia
