[WSBAPT] Order to prevent litigation without court order

At various times, parties have been declared vexatious litigants, prohibited from filing additional lawsuits or motions without first obtaining the approval of a jurist.  This has been done in federal courts as well as Superior Courts in the State of Washington.

Has anyone obtained or aware of a court order being issued preventing a person with a history of filing many frivolous lawsuits (5) involving the same legal issues? I have an heir that is mentally disturbed that is doing so, including 3 appeals, that needs to be stopped.  All help appreciated.
