[WSBAPT] Utah Proof of Authority - Domiciliary Foreign Personal Representative

I'm looking for an attorney licensed to practice in Utah to help with making an application for proof of authority for domiciliary foreign personal representative under Section 75-4-201 to 205 of the Utah Code.  And, to prepare and record a PR deed conveying a fractional interest in mineral rights - there is an oil & gas lease with EP Energy out of Texas.

This is Uintah County where the county seat is Vernal, UT.  The value of this property is very minimal, about $200/year.
