[WSBAPT] Economic Impact Disaster Loan: has anyone signed up for this?

Hi Listmates,

Has anyone applied for and received an EIDL?  I have a friend with a solo business (business coaching) who has applied for and qualified for this loan.  But after having read through the contract he has a lot of questions about whether this loan is a good idea for him.  He doesn't have any employees, nor does he have any inventory.  He works from his home.  If anyone would be willing to talk with him about this, he'd be very grateful.  However, he can't even pay an attorney to review the contract and advise him, according to the terms of the contract.
