Look at the DOL website—depends on how many heirs but either an Affidavit of Successor or an Affidavit of Inheritance might work for one or the other or both.  If a mobile home isn’t realty it may be possible to transfer through the DOL.

Deceased only had an older mobile home ( on rented land) and a car.  I can't remember ever having a decedent's estate like this.   Assuming there are little or no debts, would the probate by affidavit be used to transfer title to the mobile home?  or  can the heirs just go to the DMV and change title like they can for a car.
