[WSBAPT] Dear list mates

Deceased only had an older mobile home ( on rented land) and a car.  I
can't remember ever having a decedent's estate like this.   Assuming there
are little or no debts, would the probate by affidavit be used to transfer
title to the mobile home?  or  can the heirs just go to the DMV and change
title like they can for a car.
