[WSBAPT] Statutory Agent - knowledgeable bank?

I have one of these going now.  I had superior court appointed the named PR’s in a Will as Co-Trustees (without a bond.. proceeds go in a blocked account).  Then I got an order authorizing them to sell the residence and other items.  the bank had never had this come up but they are a friendly little community credit union and said “ok”.  I even have a title co insuring title on the sale of the house using an “administrative trustee’s warranty deed”.

I have a client who is appointed statutory agent for a missing heir, per RCW 11.76.200. Chase Bank has consulted their Book of Rules and conferred with the Higher Authorities, justified their salaries, and are now telling him there ain't no such animal and he has to be appointed Guardian of the missing heir in order to open an account to hold the money.

 

Does anyone know of a bank that knows what a statutory agent is, and understands what a court order is?
