I am looking for referrals for someone in the Vancouver, WA area who can help get a POA executed for a woman in a rehab facility there.  According to her daughter, she has intermittent periods of lucidity but is physically unable to sign anything at the moment due to paralysis following a spinal tumor.  I will forward all referrals to her daughter located in Arizona.
