            Take a look at the Arizona deed.  It’s fairly common for spouses to take title to property “with right of survivorship” in Arizona.  I suggest contacting AZ attorney Bill Viall - billviall3 at gmail.com<mailto:billviall3 at gmail.com>.  He has handled several of these for our clients.

Folks Probably an easy answer for you who have dealt with this but t this is a new one to me.
Client’s wife passed and they have a community property agreement and mutual wills.  They have real property in AZ of some value.

 *   Do we need to open an Arizona probate?
 *   Do we have to open a Washington probate to do so?
 *   Or, if you know, will AZ recognize the CPA?

Thanks for any advice you may give.
