CR 71 provides if there is any objection to your withdrawal, an objection can be filed before the effective date and then you will need a court order to withdraw. I faced this recently when a creditor objected to my withdrawal, I prepared my response and noted for hearing. At the hearing, the court signed my order of withdrawal.

Subject: [WSBAPT] probate withdrawal

In the back of my mind, I have some reluctance to just file a withdrawal in a probate case in which we represent the PR. I don't know if we have to get court permission, or give notice to anyone other than the PR. what sayeth you?
