[WSBAPT] PR of Community Property

[Dalynne Singleton]

Son of decedent has filed to serve as PR of Estate of his father by Will and set for hearing.
Widow hired me and she wants to elect her son to serve as PR of Community Property Estate.
If anyone has sample pleadings, I would love to review.

RCW 11.28 provides that I need to file a separate petition in same cause...
